Quality & Documentation
Yes — every order includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party laboratory. Your COA documents the compound name, batch number, verified purity percentage, and the analytical methods used. It is available at checkout and included with your shipment.
All compounds are independently tested and verified to a minimum of 99%+ purity. No product enters our inventory until purity has been confirmed by a certified third-party laboratory. This is not a claim — it’s a documented, verifiable standard backed by your COA.
Testing is conducted by certified independent analytical laboratories. We do not rely solely on supplier-provided COAs — all documentation reflects independent verification performed before product is released to our inventory.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if your research timeline requires faster delivery.

Storage & Handling
Lyophilized powder compounds should be stored at −20°C in a dry, dark environment away from humidity and direct light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to maintain compound integrity. Refer to your batch COA for compound-specific storage guidance.
When stored correctly at −20°C, lyophilized compounds are generally stable for 24 months or longer. Shelf life is compound-specific — refer to the expiry information on your COA and product label for accurate guidance.
Once reconstituted, compounds should be stored at 4°C and used within the timeframe specified on your COA. Reconstituted solutions are generally less stable than lyophilized powder — minimize exposure to light and avoid unnecessary temperature fluctuations. Use bacteriostatic water for reconstitution unless your protocol specifiesotherwise.
